Former Employee The product is trying to create a market that doesn't exist (namely companies with $1M ad spend but neither in-house expertise nor an entrenched agency to manage it properly). The product that most people wanted was made free as an attempt at PLG but that just cannibalized deals. If they shifted to selling into ad agencies they would have a better outlook but direct to customer just doesn't make sense Browse Other Reviews
