Good training. Culture can be good and fun but pretty gossipy overall/judgy. Has high turnover for a reason the job is not for everyone and your managers will push you hard.

Decent firm - you can make good money easily due to brand and infrastructure around you. Once senior, the politics will slow top performers down. The commission scheme is also well below industry average, which leads most Top Performers to leave within 3-4 years.
