Management in the LA office is chaotic and constantly changing direction. Priorities shift weekly, making it nearly impossible to stay focused or succeed. Leadership turnover is extremely high, which leaves employees without consistent guidance or support. Communication is poor, and the culture feels unstable rather than collaborative. Talented people don’t stay long, which hurts morale and makes workloads harder on those who remain. Overall, the office feels disorganized and poorly run with no long-term vision.

Overall a great place to work. Page gives great opportunities to people who have limited experience but want to learn sales and progress. The challenge comes when you're more experienced, they just don't seem to be competitive on OTE and can lack flexibility as an organisation in terms of working location.
