Current Employee Management in the LA office is chaotic and constantly changing direction. Priorities shift weekly, making it nearly impossible to stay focused or succeed. Leadership turnover is extremely high, which leaves employees without consistent guidance or support. Communication is poor, and the culture feels unstable rather than collaborative. Talented people don’t stay long, which hurts morale and makes workloads harder on those who remain. Overall, the office feels disorganized and poorly run with no long-term vision.
