Former Employee My overall experience was good, the structure of the day and the job is simple enough. However, the KPI's are the same across the board without consideration for the demographics and proximity to competition. Packages increased in pricing nearly 3 times while there, therefore, conversion rates staggered. The KPIs are typically achievable, however, market fluctuations were not taken into account compared to the value of the services offered. Company pricing model became increasingly difficult to advocate for. Their sales training and feedback system is great and really builds sales acumen and teaches resilience. Overall its a great start to building sales skills, but a difficult job to maintain as the only evolution in product/service is pricing, so often you are repeating the exact same thing for 7+ hours, depending on the volume of your clinic, it definitely requires a LOT of consistent energy. You will definitely learn, and be molded into a strong sales leader by month 3!
