Over here it’s all or nothing. You can have a top tier office for months/years and if you have one bad month, it’s back to the beginning with no grace period. There’s no guarantees nor fail safes. Good luck

This is a great job, if you are under the age of 30. This is not for those who need to pay their bills and that have responsibilities. You will work as a manager from 10 AM to about 9 PM every single day. Sales reps will work from 12 PM to 9 PM Monday to Friday and sometime Saturday. The hours are not good and using your own vehicle adds to the frustration
