Former Employee Management shows little regard for employee well-being.
Upper leadership prioritizes productivity over people, often expecting staff to work 12–18 hour days with no real consideration for personal time or health. Taking PTO is treated as an inconvenience rather than a right — you’re made to feel like you’re letting the team down or are pressured to reconsider using it at all. The work environment is unsustainable and emotionally draining.
