Comp maxes out at 30k. So not a great but the culture is great.

This is not a traditional sales role. You have a base salary and a capped commission structure based on sell in opportunities you have with your dealer network. There is the ability to have annual overage on that cap commission by hitting yearly targets. But overall, very low stress and not a lot of travel.
