This rating was 5 years ago when the company offered shares to employees as sign on bonus . It doesn’t happen any longer. Prior CEO went to prison. Company overall had a lot of great leaders in place. There were some great managers and some bad ones. This has all changed since I was employed there. The comp packages hav changed and top performers aren’t valued like they are in other companies.

My experience has been decent despite a mass exodus of leadership to a competitor right after I started. This included my manager and the replacement they hired a few months into my time here is a good boss but new to biologics, so sometimes it’s difficult to get accurate answers or insight in a pinch.
