Middle management is fantastic. Upper management has made some head-scratching decisions. Company is too focused on the present and seems to be winging it too often without a concrete vision for future growth. Reps aren’t micromanaged and have the ability to make very healthy commissions if they have a lot of private office business. Good place to work, not great.

Overall positive experience. There are many external factors effecting business currently as the government is targeting skin substitutes. However, great products and culture with fair compensation.
