I gave the main score for culture and leadership around the leadership part on the executives. Direct team and manager were fantastic and I would follow them anywhere, however, the top leadership and founders provide little to no value for customer meetings and overall direction of the company. Culture among the team is top notch and you can tell that those that are there are very good at their jobs. For the lack of leadership, they have tried to make up for it through compensation.
