The company has a sellable product but the leadership culture, from the top down, motivates its sales org to perform via fear. New leadership is very metric/KPI-motivated which is a breeding ground for micromanagement.

Was at MT for 2 yrs, new leadership joined in 2023 and everything went downhill. They let go a manager that was above 200% of quota, when questioned they replied "this is an at will company, we don't have to have a reason". The company moral is in the pits because everyone is worried they will be next. Sales and marketing team is struggling to get inbound leads. Do...Read More
