Very poor brand equity vs competitors. Weak marketing and messaging. No PG culture. Consistent pipeline was a challenge across the org. Leadership was weak and tenure was short. Very poor quota attainment.

My overall experience was fairly negative. We had a few shining lights in the AE's I worked along side. BUt the company has done 3 layoffs in 1 year. We started off 2024 with 30+ AEs. They are now down to 10? No clue where they fit in the market. Reactive vs. Proactive. - and jsut so many more redflags.

Company is struggling a bit more than last year, leadership is hanging tough. Very competitive market right now, companies buying on price and shorter term deals due to economy.

Great product, amazing customers that love us, comp is competitive for the enablement space but I have seen higher than 300 OTE for enterprise roles
