Overall experience declined rapidly over the course of the last ~1 year. New commission structure (dictated by the CFO), 5 US heads in the past 3-5 years, consistent layoffs in multiple departments. The first 2 years were extremely steady and invigorating but after that it got BAD. Some of the smartest individual contributors (across all depts) paired with some of the out of touch and "shiny red ball" chasing execs.
