Oh wow where do I start? AE's here are underpaid and there are too many. There are 25+ AE's and there are only 3 or 4 consistently hitting quota. Leadership is changing every month. They brought in a new SVP who is driving AE's and directors out the door and creating a very unhealthy team environment. The company is afraid to make changes to the AE team, there simply is not enough territories and market share and for some reason they continue to hire. New AE's are set-up to fail and the quota's are unattainable. 70% of the team are under 50% for the year. They also don't take care of their top reps. Base salaries are low and there no bonuses. There are also promised SPIFFs that are never paid out. There is no SDR team and the Marketing team is non-existent. They company continues to hire people who don't understand the industry and people who have never been on the front lines do not get the opportunity for leadership roles. This is a place that can be very successful but they choose not to be, it's just ran very poorly. It's really sad.
