My experience was not the best. Many organizational changes to both leadership and commission structure. The company is experiencing plenty of hiccups with increased pricing of the products to disorganized leadership capabilities. SMB particularly is dead in the water when it comes to focus and actionable solutions for reps to hit target goals. Overall, the team is struggling to hit numbers and lacks a way forward. This is not a company that values diversity or inclusion.

After several years of steady growth the company is at an impasse and struggling gain traction taking new solitions to market. Strategic focus prioritizes accquisitions before accomplishing proficiency in the existing offerings. Leadership consistently struggles to articulate what "good" looks like ahead of time which leads to guess-work, rework, and finger pointing.
