Overall great people and solid mission but lack of solid leadership hurt the company and moral. The Sales Org culture was brutal as well, with high pricing, product that was deficient to competitors and unrealistic sales goals.

You're selling to HR teams who have little to no pull within the organization who aren't accustomed to asking for big-budget solutions.
