Former Employee Poor leadership. Would not accept that they were 3rd company in the industry. Not realistic to where they stood in the ecosystem, nor how prospects view them. As the company began during pandemic, they assumed sales would continue to grow at same level. Net is they got lucky and don't have appreciation of that. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
