There are big changes happening right now. Entirely new executive team. Old guard is being removed and new people are being brought in. Culture is needing to change to better support sales. Product is being reinvested in. Leaders understand issues need to be addressed so sales can succeed People are kind and the product is helpful with great success stories. Comp is not amazing but not awful

Poor leadership. Would not accept that they were 3rd company in the industry. Not realistic to where they stood in the ecosystem, nor how prospects view them. As the company began during pandemic, they assumed sales would continue to grow at same level. Net is they got lucky and don't have appreciation of that. Seems like great people and strong culture, the quota seems out of reach for most of the SDR team. We are dealing with some issues with recent ICP transition and data hygiene.
