Current Employee My experience was originally fine and then turned sour pretty quickly once I saw the deeper company culture and lack of professional support. They draw people in with uncapped commissions but did not seem to put any effort into employee retention. This was a big bummer because I did enjoy the job but did not feel like I was continually trained to support the incredible amount of responsibility we were expected to carry. There was very little comradely and ceaseless negative/overbearing pressure from the managers. This was at first understandable because it is a performance based position but it was unsustainable and miserable. Also even after meeting quota I ended up having 2 week paychecks of $300 and $0 bc the commission structure was so broken, like delayed by months and there were clawback for things out of my control after I did everything expected of me
