Current Employee Not that great. Management does not seem to be able to align with the reality of what the customers need and can afford. The way that Monotype wants to collect revenue makes you feel more like a debt collector than a salesperson. Leading with the idea that a “customer” is using a font software platform illegally or in an unlicensed manner, is not only untrue in many cases, it’s also not a great way to show value to a potential new customer.
