Former Employee Good potential to earn a lot if you over achieve on target, 90% of sales are through compliance driven angle of brands already using Monotype fonts, so a lot of the time you are chasing people like a debt collector to put a license in place (which is quite draining after time). Not a typical SaaS sales role. Base salary low for the market and middle management spread very thin. Don't expect to take annual leave at end of Qs as sales comes first here.
