Its a beautiful place to work, all admin function are nice and supportive HR isn't involved much around the company, mainly issue older people in org already have all good accounts and sleep on them and they act like they know they are getting promoted tomorrow while

Good experience so far. Earning potential is very high although the compensation structure is not the best considering the sales model. A lot of reps hitting quota, and the company keeps growing. It's a pity that professional development is almost non existent. Culture, people and environment are really good.
