Current Employee Unfortunately the culture has changed vastly over the last 12-18 months. Very toxic and high pressure with lack of ELT accountability.
Very innovative work in genai and products work but try to do too many things at once.
Abysmal inbound lead flow, and highly competitive market. Punitive comp plan and highly unrealistic in person meeting targets.
On the bright side if you can make it here expect to earn 2-3x more elsewhere. Great company to learn from and develop your talent/skills, but not a place to stay right now.
