Somehow it keeps chugging along and people that have stayed as long as me have found their niche, but that doesn't mean it's a good experience or that people coming in will find the promises kept from HR. Company has lost it's identity and keeps taking resources away from the custom work to chase something shiny that fizzles out because it's not created based on client needs and a compelling use case!

Well compensated, the surrounding team you work with as an AE is fantastic, and most clients really like working with MC. But in the past 12mo. org. culture and professional development have seriously turned in the wrong direction.
