I would not recommend any sales professional consider working at Morning Consult - my quota, compensation plan, territory, and leadership have changed multiple times throughout 2023 already, I was a top performing rep in 2022, and I'm currently a top performing rep in 2023 and I'm consistently threatened with performance reviews that may lead to termination when I speak up about poor senior leadership, low morale, bullying, and harassment at the office. Morning Consult does not even bother paying lip service to contemporary DEI standards. It is not a welcoming environment to work for.

I could not recommend Morning Consult less. The SaaS product is cool but there is no compelling use case for it, as validated by prospects who don' t move forward and customers churn. It is an "always on" platform that people aren't "always in" as the research world doesn't need frequent daily data. Leadership at Morning Consult is non-existent, with the two founders...Read More
