Current Employee I have had a great experience. I feel we reward high achievers and hard workers. I have had really great career progression and opportunity at this company. I’ve learned a lot and gotten to work on exciting and complex deals. Our compensation leaves something to be desired but it could be worse. And the culture, atmosphere, and people make it worth staying at this point in my career -in addition to the career progression I’ve had for my age. Current Employee Morningstar is a good company to work for but the compensation is low
