Its very seasonal, Q1 and Q3 are slow due to holidays etc. Q2&4 and blow out as they are meaningfully longer. Overall attainment is closer to 75% of reps hitting their number but due to some impressive overachievement the RD team number is achievable. I have averaged a little over productive capacity of the last 18 months.

Multiverse as a sales organisation is high performance with high support. They expect a lot but provide a really supportive environment for you to succeed. Seriously hard work and long hours but the rewards are very clearly there if you push through and learn quickly
