I’ve just ‘landed’ but everything I was told during the interview process has been delivered. Eye watering commission structure, product that is so far past the competition we hardly have to have the conversation, a problem to solve that is so tangible and important and a tax levy which means our customers have already paid for our services! Reps seem happy and motivated. It’s hard work but you couldn’t expect anything less from a company that are going places as fast as this one.

Multiverse is toxic. Unless you've been at the company for at least 2 years already, you will not be successful here. The promise of earning life changing money is simply not true and the potential is not worth the impact to your sanity.

Leadership changes were frequent, and sales team turnover was high. Some inexperienced leaders who have never led a team before and were all over the place regarding direction and how they treated the reps.
