Current Employee Full of genuine A players, excellent development, you WILL become a superstar rep at this company and £200k is achievable. Exposure to true enterprise-style sales (15+ stakeholders, 6 month, 50+ meeting sales cycles, £150k - £900k typically deal sizes) at a lower barrier to entry as it’s a ‘mid-market’ role. trade off is that you have no SDR support and are expected to book 2 meetings per week for the first 6 months and 1 meeting per week post probation - from a patch of 35 accounts (many of which will be non-starters). The product is free - gov funded - so you’ll close more than you’ll ever have closed before, but it’s bloody hard and it feels like you work twice as hard as you should/could be for the money.
