Good reputation and market recognition, lost leadership with no strategic outlook. Will let teams go under a year of tenure for no reason. Has happened multiple times. If you interview, ask about it.

My overall experience was negative. I was in this role for 5 months. For almost 2 of those months, I didn't have a territory. Ask about their "at-will employer" rule, they are legally able to terminate employment at any time with no warning or reason.
