Considering the 1 year I spent with that organization the learning experience was phenomenal. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to not just aim for a net sales target but also aim to hit a certain percentage for a gross profit margin. Sales leaders need to do better when it comes to coaching and collaborating with the sales individuals.
