Not good. Upper management is terrible. They have no clue how to run a business.

The company is terribly run and the metrics they judge you off of are so subjective. They micromanage everything and the leadership team clearly is in over their head. That being said the compensation is fair and selling the services is fairly simple. If it wasn't for the leadership and the toxic culture they have created this would be a very good place to work at.
