Former Employee Bad, and very unprofessional. I was let go without notice after working very hard for months- I relocated, I did everything as asked but there were a few horrible individuals who should not be working in that environment. It was a waste of time, it was humiliating- I did the best job I could(and it was noted).
Be better, guys. The idea you can fire an employee without reason and not have any moral ground on how that affects someone is terrible.
The branch I worked for was mismanaged, and will likely go downhill anyways.
Stay away from this place, several others have been fired without cause.
