I've been with N-able for 7 months and have hit quota 5 times. This month, I’m on track to reach 140% of plan, so the opportunity to perform is there. The company culture is strong, leadership is supportive, and the benefits are solid, these definitely make it a great place to work. That said, compensation is roughly 30% below the market average for similar roles in the area. While the culture and perks help offset this, it’s something to keep in mind if salary is your top priority.

Great company to work for. People there are great. They focus on promoting/hiring from within. Therefore, easier to move up however pay isn't competitive to similar role at another organization
