I was on 2 pips in Q4 of 2024. Passed both with flying colours. I was fired in February 2025 for performance. I learned from the director that fired me that he went into Salesforce and manipulated my Q4 data to make it look like I didn’t pass it. Very illegal.

Good place to start in sales. They tend to favor employees of Arabic descent so be aware of that aspect of their culture when applying!
