Product provides value to a good set of customers who don’t think they have any other options. Company doesn’t really show it values its employees as evidenced through the convoluted commission/pay structure. Working from home is a benefit. Management can be quite micromanaging at times but seemingly very hard to reach, unresponsive, and unreliable at other times. This job is definitely just a temporary stop.

3 months in, will update if my view changes. Seems like the ones who can fit into the culture best stay for a whilst, average tenure is high for employees 1 year+, high turnover before then.
