Product provides value to a good set of customers who don’t think they have any other options. Company doesn’t really show it values its employees as evidenced through the convoluted commission/pay structure. Working from home is a benefit. Management can be quite micromanaging at times but seemingly very hard to reach, unresponsive, and unreliable at other times. This job is definitely just a temporary stop.

My overall experience has been good, the product is pretty straight forward. I do wish the pay structure was a little more generous , & that the time frame of chargebacks effecting our income is decreased
