Base pay is eh, could be better. Lots of changes the last several months. Just prepping for a sale of the company. Ceo could do better. More alignment needs to be had amongst teams, no clue sometimes what is happening. Still more work to be done to fix things

The company has evolved very quickly and some decisions have vastly changed my overall view of the company. Many great people work here but unfortunately leadership has changed paths.

leadership needs more accountability. base pay far lower than the market. remarked as the best SDR team within the Riverside portfolio but not treated that way. benefits not good. training is geared towards AEs and AMs. product offering too wide
