It's a good company. SDR's a paid well here and the culture is very warm and welcoming. There's a need for penetration testing so it's an easier sell too. There is one CAE manager who plays mind games with the SDR's to see how they react and then determine if they're fit for his team. Didn't like that at all and at the end of the day it was just one manger. Everyone else there has been wonderful and encouraging.

My experience has been so positive. I have been beyond impressed with the organization. The team is focused on the outcome rather than micromanaging.
