There's absolutely a demand for what we offer, but there is less attention on "product" and more attention on how we leverage the product for our customers. This is typically well received but takes more education of the prospect/customer.

Lots of changes - rebrand, repositioning, and reorg. Marketing doesn’t fully understand why the solution exists, and has a difficult time translating solution strength into real world business use cases.
