The company has a good product offering and differentiators in a crowded MSP market. Engineers are fantastic, but the commission structure and overall comp are low.

Fiscal 2024 - 2 reps in the organization hit their quotas, and entire sales team missed their OTE because comp structure does not allow for full OTE at 100% attainment. Fiscal 2025 - Quotas doubled, base commission rates dropped even further. GTM plan not aligned with market needs or current ability to deliver.

Overall, if you’re hitting your number, nobody is breathing down your neck. Base compensation is below market value and incentive pay is as well. Engineering and presales are strong which significantly help sell.
