I did my best to help other teammates and won lots of awards, but in the end only make about 50k in one year. I did learn some of the basics of sales though, and for that it seemed useful.

They make a product, rely on new agents to sell to their family and friends, and then wave nicely as 95% of agents burn and fizzle out in 12-18 months.
