Former Employee My overall experience was positive. I knew what I was getting myself into starting this role. This is a commission only role and they throw you out to the wolves to find leads. they do provide solid training on their products and ideas for prospecting. They tell you to start with friends and family first and do whatever necessary to get in front of people. It is not for everyone and has a 90% turnover rate. The people who do make it make an incredible amount of money and can build a very successful career.
