Overall positive! Great coworkers, hungry team, and knowledgeable managers. The dental Saas market however is very oversaturated and the product does not separate itself from the competition as much as leadership would like you to believe, and the sales floor is very aware of that. Morale can be low with very inconsistent month to month quota attainment across the floor, and very strict enforcement of KPI’s that don’t always help push deals across the line.

My overall experience was good, sales managers seemed torn between putting in time to develop talent and PIPing members to hit their own quota.

My overall experience wasn't the best, but also wasn't the worst. They fired the enablement team so there isn't much training or structure.
