Company was more concerned with EBITDA and financials then they were keeping, retaining and acquiring enough people on staff to deploy and maintain client agreements. As a salesperson, I don’t want frustrated clients after I make a promise to them.

Great company with a clear vision. Leadership, however, exhibits poor execution. There is a lot of misalignment within the organization as well. Change 4 or 5 things and this place would be sales utopia
