They also need to pay attention more to company culture and employee engagement. They really miss the mark here. Potential and upside, however, is tremendous!

Former Employee3.0May 19, 2024Company was more concerned with EBITDA and financials then they were keeping, retaining and acquiring enough people on staff to deploy and maintain client agreements. As a salesperson, I don’t want frustrated clients after I make a promise to them.
