Nintex used to be a company where you can come in, put in 100%, then the output would be hitting quota and a promotion down the line. That is not the case anymore, leadership in the BD team will throw their team under the bus, and eliminate anyone who makes them look bad, instead of developing them. The experience was great at first, but when new leadership came in, went downhill from there.

No one hit their number because mainly due to lead routing issues and bad data hygiene. Leadership is terrible. They also cap commissions at 2X and don't do annual pay increases, but do increase quota.
