The current turnover in ELT is a real reflection of how the fish rots from the head down. Changes to comp plans in the new fiscal year has made hitting quota not only impossible but everyone is fighting for every last dollar for revenue recognition. No backfill of employees that leave. You inherit more accounts but there's zero review to your compensation.

My overall experience was mostly awesome. Some leadership changes towards the end that were not great and then being acquired by a lesser competitor really impacted overall satisfaction but great company and culture.
