Nintex has been close to breaking through in the mid-market, with meaningful product progress and an engaging rebrand. However, seller incentives feel misaligned and feedback doesn’t seem to drive change. As a result, top talent continues to leave, and the organization appears to be cutting too many corners. To achieve long-term success, it’s critical to realign incentives, actively address employee concerns, and invest in retaining strong performers.

Highly depends on the territory and the team. A lot of constant changes disrupting regular work, tossing up teams. Product is good though

My overall experience was not great there. The sales leadership is questionable at best. There’s a lot of favoritism and backdoor dealings within the organization. The lead flow is basically non-existent and/or leads coming from badge scans at conferences of people who don’t know who we are or what we do. I would stay away.
