Current Employee2.1Nov 30, 2025No one hit their number because mainly due to lead routing issues and bad data hygiene. Leadership is terrible. They also cap commissions at 2X and don't do annual pay increases, but do increase quota.

Current Employee1.9Jul 27, 2024My overall experience was not great there. The sales leadership is questionable at best. There’s a lot of favoritism and backdoor dealings within the organization. The lead flow is basically non-existent and/or leads coming from badge scans at conferences of people who don’t know who we are or what we do. I would stay away.
