My experience working at NoFraud has been ok. Positives include product/market fit, interesting product, remote work, and great direct manager. Negatives include limited to none upward mobility, very confusing compensation structure (which has led to me hitting quota two quarters in a row but not hitting my full upside), and start up feel -- meaning AE's are doing a lot of groundwork for deals. No BDR's, no technical AM, etc.

Small sales team, that is still growing and trying to figure out their sales cycle. Product is solid. Sales policy and sales quota is constantly changing. Unfortunately there is a consistent sense of rep favoritism on the team (some reps are moved quickly out the door for missing quota, others get a free pass for years while missing quota).

It's tough to go outbound and find merchants that have fraud issues. Therefore, it's quota roulette based on which inbound leads you get.
